Center - Nomination Materials for 2011-2012
To nominate a Rotarian for the District Leadership Academy
class of 2012, ALL of the following documents need to be
downloaded and presented to the potential candidate. The
candidate must then complete the three indicated documents and
submit them by the nomination deadline of August 20, 2011 in
order to be considered for the Class of 2012.
